About Amaroli
Drinking your own urine sits at an odd intersection: a genuine ancient tradition, a thread of modern research, and a practice people quietly keep today. Amaroli is where you read into all three and make up your own mind.
What we are
Amaroli is where the practice gets read about honestly: the history, how people actually do it, the evidence, and real people. Where it goes after that depends on who shows up.
Where we stand
This is a lifestyle and cultural resource, not medical advice. Amaroli does not claim that the practice diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease, and you will not find those claims here. What you will find is history, first-person experience, and practical detail, presented for adults to consider for themselves. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or take medication, talk with a qualified clinician before changing anything about your routine.
How we talk about it
- It’s old and it’s current. Thousands of years of lineage, and a living community doing it now. We cover both and keep them straight.
- We separate what’s documented from what’s merely claimed. Where the research is thin, we say so.
- Curiosity and skepticism are both fine here. It isn’t for everyone, and we won’t pretend otherwise.
